Orders
5 questionsCan I change or cancel my order?
Email us at info@quinnshop.com within 3 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate the change or cancellation. After that window, orders may already be in fulfillment and we can't guarantee a stop.
If your order has already shipped, you'll need to use our returns process instead.
What if my size is out of stock?
Email us at info@quinnshop.com with the item and size you're looking for. We can often locate it or give you a restock timeline. We'd rather keep you in the loop than lose you to a blank page.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available in multiple denominations. The recipient receives a code by email immediately. Shop gift cards here.
Gift cards are not eligible for return.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at info@quinnshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out — no restocking fee for our errors.
Where do I find my order confirmation or invoice?
Your confirmation email is your receipt — it arrives immediately after checkout from no-reply@quinnshop.com. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. You can also view past orders via your account portal.

How long will delivery take?

Returns & Exchanges
4 questionsWhat's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging. A 5% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.
We don't have final sale items — all regular-priced items are eligible. Gift cards and personalized items cannot be returned.
For the full policy, see our Returns & Exchanges page.
How do I start a return?
Use our self-service returns portal — or email us at info@quinnshop.com to get the process started. Once your return is accepted, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
Please don't send items back without first initiating a return — we can't process packages that arrive without a prior request.
How do exchanges work?
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your original item and place a new order. Email us at info@quinnshop.com and we'll coordinate so you're not left waiting.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund — minus the 5% restocking fee — will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, email us at info@quinnshop.com.
About Our Cashmere
5 questionsWhat makes Quinn's cashmere different?
We source Grade A fiber directly from cashmere goat breeders in Inner Mongolia — the same herding families we've worked with since 2003. Inner Mongolia's extreme climate produces one of the finest, densest undercoats on earth.
The most important quality factor is fiber length and fineness — not brand name, not price. Long, thin fibers interlock more securely, which means they pill less, hold shape better, and soften with wear rather than degrading. Every Quinn garment is made with at least two-ply Grade A fiber. That's our floor, not our ceiling.
Is Quinn's cashmere cruelty-free?
Yes. Our fiber is hand-combed from the goats' undercoats — a gentle, seasonal process that doesn't harm the animals. The farmers we work with have every incentive to keep their herds healthy: the quality of the fiber is directly tied to the wellbeing of the animal. Cashmere is a renewable resource. The comb happens once a year, the goats live full lives, and the farmers earn a livelihood from it.
We do not use farmed fur. Any leather in our collections comes exclusively from byproducts of the food industry, and vegan leather alternatives are available in every collection where leather appears.
What does "two-ply" mean and does it matter?
Ply refers to how many strands of yarn are twisted together to form the finished yarn. Two-ply is more durable and structured than one-ply. Beyond two-ply, additional plies add weight but not quality — what actually matters more is fiber length and grade.
All Quinn cashmere is a minimum two-ply. Where higher-ply construction is used for specific garments (like heavier cable knits or outerwear), it's noted in the product description.
Will my cashmere pill?
Some surface pilling is normal with any natural fiber — short fibers work loose during wear and tangle into small balls. Because we use long-fiber Grade A cashmere, pilling is minimal and typically decreases after the first few washes as those short surface fibers shed.
If pills do appear, a cashmere comb restores the surface quickly — run it gently over dry fabric in one direction.
Can I repair a hole in my Quinn sweater?
Often, yes. Small holes in cashmere can be repaired by a professional reweaver, who can match the stitch pattern using similar yarn. Search "cashmere reweaver" or "knitwear repair" in your city — it's more widely available than most people expect, and usually worth it for a piece you love. Email us at info@quinnshop.com if you need guidance.

Care & Storage
4 questionsHow should I wash my cashmere?
Hand washing in cool water with a gentle detergent is actually better for cashmere over time than dry cleaning — the solvents used in dry cleaning can dry out the fibers. Handle the garment gently in the water, don't wring or twist it, and lay it flat to dry in its natural shape.
If the care label says "Dry Clean Only," that's a conservative instruction to protect the garment. Hand washing with care is safe for most Quinn pieces. Machine washing — even on delicate — risks felting and is not recommended.
How should I store my cashmere?
Fold, don't hang — hanging cashmere causes it to stretch at the shoulders over time. Store only clean garments (moths are attracted to natural fibers with body oils or food residue on them). For seasonal storage, a sealed garment bag plus a few cedar blocks will protect against moths without the chemical smell of mothballs.
How do I remove pilling?
Use a cashmere comb or fabric shaver on dry fabric — always working in one direction, gently. Don't press hard. A few light passes is all it takes, and the garment comes up looking noticeably better. This is worth doing at the end of each season before you put things away.
How do I prevent moths?
Moths are attracted to soiled natural fibers — always store clean cashmere. Cedar blocks and sachets are effective and smell better than chemical repellents. Sealed storage bags (garment bags or even large zip-lock bags for folded items) are the most reliable protection for off-season pieces.
Sizing
2 questionsHow do I find my size?
Visit our Size Guide for detailed measurements across all Quinn categories — women's tops, women's bottoms, and men's. The guide includes body measurements and garment measurements, along with model reference points to help you understand how each piece is intended to fit.
If you're between sizes, our customer service team can advise on specific garments — email info@quinnshop.com with the item you're considering.
Do Quinn's pieces run large or small?
It varies by silhouette. Relaxed and oversized styles are intentionally generous — the product description will note the fit type and the model's size and measurements. Fitted styles run closer to true size. When in doubt, check the size guide or ask us.
Gift Cards
2 questionsHow do gift cards work?
Digital gift cards are delivered by email immediately after purchase, in a denomination of your choice. The recipient applies the code at checkout. Gift cards don't expire and can be used toward any order. Browse gift card options.
Can I return a gift I received from Quinn?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. You'll need the order number or gift receipt. Email us at info@quinnshop.com — we'll set up the return and issue store credit or a refund to the original payment method depending on how the gift was purchased.
