Start your return
Choose the option that works best for you. Don’t send items back without requesting a return first — we won’t be able to process it.
Receive your label
Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any UPS location. Return shipping is always free.
Pack it up
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Include your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. No restocking fee on like-new returns — see the footnote above for details.
The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return your original item and place a new order. Email us at info@quinnshop.com before returning and we’ll do our best to hold the replacement item while your return is in transit.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@quinnshop.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right quickly — no restocking fee applies to defective or incorrectly fulfilled items.
We do not charge a restocking fee on items returned in like-new condition — unworn, no makeup, no damage, no odors, tags intact. We reserve the right to apply a fee of up to 5% if a garment comes back with damage beyond normal handling. This includes cosmetic stains (including makeup transfer), snags, or persistent odors.
If a fee applies to your return, we will contact you before processing — there are no surprises.

There are no final sale items at Quinn. All regularly priced merchandise is returnable within the 30-day window.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days of us receiving and approving your return. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the credit.
