Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 ship standard for $10.

Most orders ship the same business day they're placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays go out the next business day. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Standard delivery estimates, from the day your order ships:

• Southeast: about 2 business days
• Northeast and Midwest: about 3 business days
• West Coast, Mountain, Southwest and Pacific Northwest: about 4–5 business days

Need it faster? Expedited and overnight UPS options are available at checkout, priced at live carrier rates based on your address and order. These are estimates, not guarantees. Quinn can't be held responsible for delays caused by severe weather, carrier disruptions, or U.S. holidays.

We ship worldwide. Most international orders ship at a flat rate of $49, or you can choose a UPS option at checkout. Canadian orders ship via UPS with rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

We may hold international orders for 2–3 business days for payment verification.

By law, we are required to declare the full value of your order on customs forms and accurately describe the contents. Upon arrival in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, or customs charges. Quinn has no control over these charges — they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Some international shipments may incur a disbursement or advancement fee charged by the carrier. This is also outside our control.

If a package is refused, rejected, or returned due to delivery failure, Quinn reserves the right to charge both outbound and inbound shipping costs.

We ship via UPS for most orders, which does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please use a home or business address at checkout.
