Free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. We ship via UPS and USPS, with expedited options at checkout. Most orders are out the door within 1–2 business days.
Free standard ground shipping on all orders over $100 placed within the United States. Orders under $100 are charged at standard UPS/USPS rates, calculated at checkout.
All orders ship via UPS or USPS. Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2pm ET typically ship the same or following business day. Orders placed Friday after 2pm ET ship the next business day. Weekends and U.S. holidays are excluded from processing and delivery estimates.
Standard delivery takes approximately 4–7 business days from the ship date. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Overnight shipping is available for $30, selected at checkout. Quinn cannot be held responsible for delays caused by severe weather, carrier disruptions, or U.S. holidays.
We ship internationally, including the U.S., UK, Canada, and Australia. International orders ship at a flat rate of $49 via UPS or USPS. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing time.
We may hold international orders for 2–3 business days for payment verification.
By law, we are required to declare the full value of your order on customs forms and accurately describe the contents. Upon arrival in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, or customs charges. Quinn has no control over these charges — they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Some international shipments may incur a disbursement or advancement fee charged by the carrier. This is also outside our control.
If a package is refused, rejected, or returned due to delivery failure, Quinn reserves the right to charge both outbound and inbound shipping costs.
We ship via UPS for most orders, which does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please use a home or business address at checkout.
Email info@quinnshop.com within 3 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change. After that window, orders may already be in fulfillment.
