WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We really hope you don’t have to cancel your order. But, it happens. If you have an update for us email us at info@quinnshop.com within 3 hours of order to cancel/change.

DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?

Yes! We offer overnight shipping for an additional $30. Also, we offer 2-day shipping for a $15 flat rate. We get it... you need it now.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O boxes as UPS is our carrier and they do not allow delivery to P.O boxes.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can return your purchase within 30 days of the original ship date. As long as all labels are still intact and the garment has not been worn nor damaged. If you have any fit issues please let us know as we are always looking to improve each garment...even if we think they are perfect.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

Easy! The return label is in your package. Simply put your item back in the box with the pick ticket. Seal the box and send it back for a full refund.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

Anything more than 40% off cannot be returned.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Just email us at returns@quinnshop.com to let us know what you’d like to exchange. Someone will contact you right away!

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

Email us at returns@quinnshop.com to let us know what was wrong with the item within 30 days of purchase. Then send it back following the return instructions above.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to the U.S & Canada with our standard rates. International countries including U.K and Australia is a flat rate of $49 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we do just click here to choose your option of an e-gift card. An email will be sent to your email address with a code for the value you purchase.

WHAT IF YOU’RE OUT OF MY SIZE?

If you see an item you love but can’t find your size please email us at info@quinnshop.com and we can help to find it for you, or let you know if it will be restocked.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING?

You should receive an email within 2 business days of ordering with a tracking #. If not, please email us at info@quinnshop.com and we will send you your tracking#!
