SHIPPING AND RETURNS
U.S. Shipping Policy
We always offer FREE ground shipping for all orders placed within the United States.
All orders ship via UPS. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders placed on Friday after 2pm EST will be processed on the following business day.
Once your order has been s.hipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. Delivery takes approximately 4-7 business days from the time you place your order
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, QUINN cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, US Holidays, etc.
Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.
International Shipping Policy
International shipments ship at the customers expense via UPS. Delivery may take 5-10 business days to arrive. We may hold orders for 2 - 3 days for payment verification.
We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. On some international shipments a "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company. We have no control over these charges.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
Returns and Exchanges
- All return/exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- All sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Items purchased at no more than 50% off may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit within 30 days.
- Late returns that are accepted will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original sale prices. This will appear on your orders page as 'late-return fee'
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
- All items must be returned with their original tags and accessories in original packaging (polybag, tissue paper, shoe box, etc.)
- All returns are inspected upon receipt. If the item(s) do not pass inspection, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If accepted, a 20% restocking fee may be incurred.
- We cannot be responsible for lost returns back to us. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us with delivery confirmation or insurance.
- Any damaged or defective merchandise should be promptly shipped back to QUINN for replacement. Defective merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days of the order date.
- If QUINN receives defective merchandise after or a return after 30 days of the original order date, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Return By Mail
- Send your item(s) back to us with the shipping label that we'll provide. (Only if the items that you purchased are non-sale items).
- All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
- Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.
