U.S. Shipping

We offer FREE ground shipping for all orders over $100, placed within the United States.

All orders ship via UPS or USPS. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders placed on Friday after 2pm EST will be processed on the following business day. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, QUINN cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, US Holidays, etc.

International shipments ship at the customers expense via UPS or USPS.

Delivery may take 5-10 business days to arrive. We may hold orders for 2 - 3 days for payment verification.

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. On some international shipments a "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company. We have no control over these charges.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
