Returns & Exchanges

All return/exchanges must be completed within 30 days of the original shipment date.

Items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.

All items must be returned with their original tags and accessories in original packaging (polybag, tissue paper etc.)

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.  

All returns are inspected upon receipt.

If 5+ items are returned, a 20% restocking fee may be incurred.

We cannot be responsible for lost returns sent back to us. 

Any damaged or defective merchandise should be promptly shipped back to QUINN for replacement. Defective merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days of the order date.

Any return exceeding $600 will be noted in our system and the customers next order within 90 days will be FINAL SALE.

If QUINN receives defective merchandise after or a return after 30 days of the original order date, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Send your item(s) back to us with the shipping label that we'll provide in your box. (Only if the items that you purchased are not final sale items).

 


All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.
